1. Introduction

Welcome to Sunday Club Print Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our printing and embroidery services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We offer custom printing and embroidery services for a variety of products. All designs and specifications must be provided by the customer through our official order forms and email. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the designs provided.

3. Orders

• Order Placement: Orders must be placed using our official order forms, which will send via email. Customers should ensure that these are as accurate as possible.
• Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order form, we will send a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to review the order details and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and you may be liable for the full cost of the order.

4. Artwork

• Submission: Artwork must be submitted in the formats specified on our order forms. We accept [e.g., .jpg, .png, .pdf].
• Approval: All artwork will require approval before production begins. We will provide a proof for your review, and production will not commence until we receive written approval of the proof.
• Copyright: By sending us your designs, you approve that the artwork is yours to use and/or free from copyright. You accept full responsibility in the event of any copyright infringement.
• Size: The proof we provide you is not to scale. The size of the printed/embroidered artwork may vary to the representation we provide. We aim to print/embroider the artwork to the exact size you require, but there may be up to 2cm variance on sizes and positioning.

5. Garments

·       Size/Colour Variations: We order blank clothing garments and products from wholesaler distributors. Sizes and colours shown online are not under our control, and we cannot be held accountable for colour variations from on screen colours to real product colours, nor can we be held responsible for sizing issues.

·       Availability: Stock levels can change on an hourly basis. If our blank suppliers are out of stock of your ordered garment, we will offer a substitute for a similar garment of equal or better quality. Sunday Club Print Co. are not liable for any delays that might occur if the manufacturer of your chosen garment cannot deliver within our generated lead time.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Additional Fees: A one-off set-up fee of £20 plus VAT will be applied for embroidery (design digitisation and set-up). A set-up fee may also be applied to our printing services, if the artwork is not submitted in the correct format.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through bank transfer.
• Quotations: Quotations are valid for a period of 14 days.

7. Production and Turnaround Time

• Production Time: Standard production time is 10 working days from the date of order confirmation and artwork approval. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.
• Delays: We will make every effort to meet the specified turnaround time; however, we are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supplier delays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We offer shipping via Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL and FedEx at the customer's expense. Shipping costs will be added to your order total.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary dependant on the volumetric weight, packaging costs and handling charges.
• Delivery Times:  Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Pickup: Local customers may opt to pick up their orders from our headquarters during business hours.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: Custom products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in the product. You should notify Sunday Club Print Co. in writing within 5 days of receipt of your order, should there be any shortages, faults, omissions or failures.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued only for defective products or errors on our part. Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Process: To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

10. Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours via phone without penalty. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the stage of production.
• Process: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

 11. Intellectual Property

• Customer Designs: You retain all rights to the designs you provide for printing and embroidery. By submitting designs, you grant us a license to use the designs for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• Our Designs: All designs created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
